Алгоритм решения:
Если зависание воспроизводится на копии или в нерабочее время то провести замер производительности конфигуратором и увидите строки кода с наибольшей длительностью.
Если не воспроизводится то смотреть логи нагрузки ЦП, память, диск, сеть. если был перегруз то искать что его нагрузило, если не было перегруза то по возможности в отладчике или замером производительности в рабочей базе опять же посмотреть какие строки кода выполнялись наиболее длительное время.
