Интеграция Документооборот - ЗУП 3.1

Добрый день, возникала проблема в процессе интеграции ЗУП 3.1 с Документооборотом(он опубликован во внешний досутп), в процессе подключения через интеграцию ничего не происходит, а в журнале регистрации выдает вот такую ошибку:

Ошибка при подключении: "Не удалось получить WSDL файл описания web-сервиса 1С:Документооборота.
Адрес WSDL файла: https://edo1c.test.ru/doc3/ws/dm.1cws?wsdl.
Код ответа сервера: 401.
Сообщение об ошибке:
Не удалось получить файл https://edo1c.test.ru/doc3/ws/dm.1cws?wsdl с сервера edo1c.test.ru:443
по причине:
Ошибка при выполнении запроса:
[401] Попытка авторизации на сервере была отклонена.

Сообщение, полученное от сервера:
